The new generation MS topcoater® Fluid system has been developed for industrial powder coat, contract coating and production operator applications. Simplicity is the key element to the system’s design, making it easier to operate and more durable than competitor systems. This simplicity of design allows for faster cleaning and colour change and gives the added benefit of lower maintenance requirements.

Due to its streamlined, ergonomic design, the MS topcoat® Gun is the lightest powder gun available on the market making it easy to handle and greatly reducing operator fatigue. The patented Corona feedback system gives a controllable and balanced charge to the powder stream ensuring high transfer efficiency.

The same principles of simplicity in operation are embedded in the MS topcase controller. The intuitive touch screen displays all relevant parameters allowing for simple system operation. MS topcase has a modular design meaning that it is scalable according to the needs of the user and operates with MS Tribo or MS Corona application standards.
